At Value Devices Procurement & Services, we want you to shop with confidence. Every item we sell is carefully tested, inspected, and described to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered. However, in the rare case that something goes wrong, our return policy below applies.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the purchase/delivery date.
A return will only be accepted if:
The item is defective, or
The item received does not match the description or specifications advertised at the time of purchase.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and accessories.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used at purchase.
If the customer had paid for delivery/shipping, these charges will also be refunded.
Clearance items, or products clearly marked as non-returnable in the product details, are not eligible for return.
Returns will not be accepted for items where the customer has been clearly informed of any condition/defect before purchase.
If a product is found defective within 7 days, the customer may choose:
A full refund, or
A replacement/repair under warranty.
After 7 days, refunds will no longer apply. The product will be covered under the standard warranty period(as specified for each item).

If your purchase was made on our website, you can simply log into your account, go to your order history, select the item, and click on “Request Refund”. Then, follow the on-screen instructions.
